Migrant Workers Protection Society

The Migrant Workers Protection Society (MWPS) is a Bahraini registered nonprofit established in 2005 with the aim of improving living and working conditions for migrant workers based in the Gulf country. The organisation, run largely by volunteers, supports in-need workers with food and clothing as well as providing pro-bono legal services and facilitating repatriation flights. MWPS also provides mental health and medical support and lobbies for companies to raise their standards in accordance with Bahraini laws and international best practice.
